Shipment of your order During the checkout process in our online web store you can indicate your preference in shipping method and payment method. In many cases it is possible to collect your order free of charge in The Hague at our office, this will save you the shipping costs. When you order for other regions outside The Hague, you can use our delivery service via DHL Parcel. When your order is shipped, you will receive information about the shipment and the delivery day by email. Normally you will receive your order the next day, but there may be a delay in the shipping process. Payment When you click on payment (if you have chosen Mollie via 'iDEAL'), you will be automatically linked to the Mollie payment system and you can pay with IDEAL. We do not charge extra costs for paying with iDEAL. It is also possible to transfer by bank and PayPal.
